Virginia House

The Virginia house in Rock Hill, SC was the first long-term airbnb that I worked on from start to finish. It was a 1920’s Craftsman with really tall ceilings and original wood floors.

We added a bathroom and kitchenette to each of the main rooms and turned it into a fourplex of studio apartments. I then furnished and stocked each room for long-term guests.
